We are looking for Technical Sales Director that will work with large enterprise and carrier customers that will develop customer relationships, communicate technical solutions, perform technical tasks, including written proposals, network design and engineering support. The Technical Sales Director  works with the Product Management and R&D teams to drive product requirements and provide customer feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Serving as a technical resource for customer related issues
  • Acting as the first-line support person for sales opportunities
  • Prepare design and applications presentations
  • Providing product and technical expertise to support sales efforts
  • Solving technical issues raised by large enterprise customers
  • Participation in providing training to customers as required
  • Interface with sales group and product management/marketing to develop and/or propose product enhancements to meet customer requirements
  • Travelling to various customers in US

 

 Required Skills

  • Ability to build customer relationships
  • Exhibit a high degree of presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to provide clear and concise engineering documentation
  • Proficient in supporting and deploying turnkey solutions
  • Technical knowledge in some of the following areas:
    • IT networks, software applications, database
    • Software Defined Networking, Network Automation, Cloud Management Systems and Virtualization
  • Enterprise industry experience
  • Prior experience as a contributor on a sales and support team
  • Flexible individual that can handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Cooperative attitude; team player
  • Technical Degree
